Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our primary warehouse located at Jl. Pandean Lamper IV No.16, Peterongan, Kec. Semarang Sel., Kota Semarang, Jawa Tengah 50246. Our team works diligently to ensure that most orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated automatically and displayed for your review during the checkout process. These rates are based on the weight of your order, the destination, and the shipping method you select.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. This tracking number will become active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

Please be aware that all delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, and severe weather conditions.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to P.O. Boxes, but please note that some carriers may have restrictions. For shipments to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, delivery times may be longer than standard estimates.

Damages, Lost Packages, and Issues

We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during transit. However, in the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Do not discard any packaging materials or damaged items.

  2. Take photos of the damaged package and its contents.

  3. Immediately contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

  4. After filing the claim, please contact our customer support team at info@bostonpowertools.com with your order number and the details of the damage. We will assist you with the process and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but have been lost or stolen after delivery.

International Shipping Policy

We are proud to offer international shipping to a growing list of countries. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to various import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on these charges before placing your order.

Additionally, international shipments may experience delays due to customs procedures. We cannot control or predict these delays.

Return Shipping

If you need to return an item, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Note that items must be sent back to our Semarang warehouse address as specified in that policy. We will provide a shipping label for approved returns. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
